Louisa Hotel Paris

Nice hotel with great wi-fi, helpful 24-hour reception, and convenient luggage storage. I remember how the staff assisted me with printing on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a comfy visit, and I'm coming back for Christmas!

The room was clean, comfortable and attractive relaxing decor. Preferred it to a 3-star hotel nearby that I recently stayed in. Very good value.

No CNN or Sky news on the TV - adult channels instead

Cramped lift opening onto to narrow curved stairs - I have experienced this in other hotels but the door is fitted to open away from you, rather than into you as in this case (particularly awkward to manouevre around when carrying a heavy case). In addition, the room furnishings were dated and faded, with little space for a twin room. Not good value for the area.

Regarding the room we stayed at, it had a balcony to the street and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, near Arc de Triomphe and at a walking distance to Trocadero.

The toilet seemed to be old, they should be renewed. The elevator is in the middle of the mini stairs and it is dangerous.

There was one especially nice and helpful desk clerk. The location was also excellent as it was within walking distance to several attractions.

When I first checked in, the desk clerk (not the one mentioned above) questioned the rate that was shown on my confirmation slip and said that he did not have my reservation. He found a room for me, though, I had to then struggle with my baggage to walk up some stairs to get to the elevator. The clerk saw I was struggling but did not offer to help me.

No complaint, I had a GOOD stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. My double room had a flat-screen television and a study table. The breakfast was delicious, such variety, with mega strong coffee.

It was central and inexpensive with access to plenty of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean. I ddin''t use any of the other facilities

Good location, helpful staff, adequate breakfast, clean and quiet, felt quite safe, close to pubs, restaurants, metro system and attractions.

Romm was extremely small, certainly not adequate for more than 2 people or an extended stay. Not even enough room to unpack and store clothes or suitcases. Towels were threadbare. No facecloths.

The staff here was very nice and the location was great.

The rooms were tiny and no ac. It's bare bones, comparable to a motel 6 in the States. It was fine though since we didn't spend much time there.

Narrow staircase and curridoor. No sound proof wall or window. I could not left windoow open. So small room and dirty bathroom

Very well located. Much appreciated being able to leave our bags at Reception on day of check out until 7pm. They do a super eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Comfortable beds made our stay pleasant.

The room was tiny and did not match what was advertised. It was poorly laid out, with the shower causing the entire bathroom to be drenched every time we used it. The staff were unhelpful when we asked to change rooms, leaving us feeling trapped in a space that was nothing like what we expected.

Execelent location and fast wifi internet connection

Everything was good, but a few employees were very rude. It was in a great location with an intricately sculpted triumphal arch nearby. There was lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
